A native from Vermont, Norman MacLeod received a forestry degree before entering the Air Force.  His experiences led him to launch Gaelic Wolf Consulting a service that combines science and public policy specializing in natural resource issues. Recently Norman played a key role as founder of the Environmental Sciences Independent Peer Review Institute and passed a first-of-its-kind scientific integrity legislation in Washington.

is a licensed geologist/hydrogeologist/engineering geologist in Washington and California.  He has spent over 20 years working on environmental and geological projects resolving technically challenging environmental problems for the U.S. Navy and the Department of Energy.  He holds degrees from Tufts University, the Colorado School of Mines, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  Since moving to the San Juan County, Ed now contributes his scientific expertise to the development of the Island County Growth Management Act and Shoreline Management Act Shoreline Master Program by making recommendations on Best Available Science.

is a Seattle trial attorney with over thirty-years experience resolving complex construction disputes.  He is a graduate of West Point and has Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Washington.
